We're looking for you to join our team as a **Commercial Client Support Coordinator** in **Outaouais, QC**

As the Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality client service alongside our Financing team to resolve core issues, prepare client proposals, letters of intent, and contracts, and obtain needed signatures and follow up with our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and providing support to your team.

**Some of your additional duties include**:

- Providing excellent client service to your clients, resolving basic client questions, and informing senior levels of complex cases
- Responding promptly, accurately, and professionally to existing and potential clients by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and practices
- Actively participating in portfolio development by identifying funding opportunities and developing innovative value-adding solutions to meet client needs
- Conducting pre-qualification and risk rating assessment activities for existing and potential BDC Financing clients
- Proactively participating in the branch's marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, and activities, preparing marketing communications, and providing on-site logístical support
