**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Director, Logistics & Repair Service, the purpose of the Manager, Configuration Centers is to oversee day to day operations of Configuration Centre teams in Richmond Hill and Calgary to achieve production volume, service level, quality and customer experience targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Configuration Centre’s day to day activities ensuring a smooth operation and achievement of production volume, quality, on time completion and gross margin targets
- Collaborate with Sales and Materials Management to review daily schedules and ensure all teams are prepared to meet production volume and on time commitments
- Accountable for staff following Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure products arriving at the customer location meet the expectations documented in the First Article
- Complete people administration tasks including payroll time sheet approvals, vacation, sick leave, overtime and internal expenses, and training requirements
- Perform ongoing people management functions including but not limited to recruitment, recognition, performance management, compensation, technical skills assessment and staff development to ensure competency to fulfill customer requirements
- Execute effective Configuration Centre workforce planning enabling for an even and continuous flow of assets through the configuration center within agreed SLAs
- Follow ISO procedures outlined in Compugen’s Quality Management System; participate in ISO training and support department ISO quality audit services
- Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives. Follow up CARs and PARs to make sure they are resolved/acted on and documented as required by the ISO Standards to ensure they do not reoccur.
- Partner with Sales to assist with customer visits/tours of the facility

**Qualifications & Attributes**:

- 5+ years experience in a professional field and/or offsite IT services environment
- Previous experience with IT Service delivery, professional services delivery and or managed service delivery processes
- People leadership experience required
- Experience managing vendors and/or developing partnerships with third party/outsourcing companies
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle (JDE) would be an asset
- Professional communication and facilitation skills
- Proven analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to identify and execute on opportunities for improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with key partners
