**Job Description - Marketing Client Services Representative**

Torpedo Marketing is an innovative and forward-thinking organization devoted to our staff, clients and community. We are a full-service marketing/communications company that helps clients hit their target We specialize in designing and executing direct marketing campaigns including direct mail, data, print, design, fulfillment, promotional products, online marketing, and web projects.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Manage communications and relations with clients on projects and campaigns;
- Coordinate all project assets, create dockets and oversee the production process and quality control throughout the cycle of the job to final completion;
- Maintain frequent contact with the sales team, customers and production staff;
- Includes receiving and relaying messages regarding project updates or changes.
- Coordinate production with both internal production team and suppliers;
- Assist with development of quotations for campaigns;
- Perform internal and external production approvals as required;
- Work with the team to execute online campaigns;
- Complete various administration duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of secondary school;
- Experience in Direct Mail and Canada Post NM/PM is a definite asset
- Completion of post-secondary education in Marketing or Business Administration is strongly preferred, (e.g. certificate or diploma);
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task;
- Detail oriented;
- Strong computer skills - MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook required with the requirement to learn various industry programs;
- Experience with Zoho CRM or other CRMs is preferred;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to plan based on deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude;
- Team player;
- Proven ability to think independently, problem solve, and be solutions focused;
- Background in direct marketing ideal.
