**Job Summary**:
**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Undergraduate University degree with 2 to 3 years’ experience in total rewards, compensation, finance or other highly analytical positions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in compensation survey preparation and analysis.
- Experience with job evaluation processes.
- Ability to model and cost various Total Rewards components including incentive and sales plans.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations pertaining to pay administration across Canada.
- Ability to manage and administer Total Rewards programs in both manual and automated environments.
- Must be able to work well independently as well as collaboratively with others.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgement, and work with mínimal supervision.

- Collaborative skills to support specific projects as determined by the People & Culture planning process, and participation in functional and cross-functional initiatives
