**Location**: Lachine, QC(Hybrid)

**RESPONSIBILITIES****:

- Design and Responsible for planning estimating new sales opportunities.
- Gather and analyze information, determines components and related costs.
- Review Mechanical Drawings, Control Sequences and/or product specifications to accurately determine amount of materials needed in a Building Automation, Security or Fire System.
- Document overall material need, including all codes, brands, and contact information necessary to process orders.
- Adjust amounts for existing inventory, configuration and for orders of conventional sizes.
- Require ability to understand engineering documents and work closely with members of the engineering team.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Must have Understanding of the French (Quebecois) language.
- Must have estimating experience.
- Must have building Automation experience.
- Security / Fire Systems experience is Nice to Have.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
