Commercial Analyst

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Commercial / Finance administration and controlling of projects, orders with a focus on preparation of analysis & reporting of financial results. Prompt execution within the deadlines, budget, and financial guidelines.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsible for controlling and reporting activities.
- P&L (Revenue, Cost of Sales, R&D)
- Balance Sheet (Inventory, Fixed Assets, Orders on Hand)
- Transfer Prices and price catalog and all other operational KPIs
- Responsible for compilation of cost calculation, analysis of deviations and all other actives to enable the plant/site success.
- Responsible for order management (Quotation, Order entry, project creation, cost controlling, deliveries and invoicing)
- Perform all month end closing activities in relation to above topics.
- Preparation of financial information to support all kind of grants to be received from external parties.
- Preparation of miscellaneous analysis to support decisions.
- Support any internal and external audit requirements with necessary documentation.

**What You Bring**
- You have a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, combined with 3 to 4 years of professional working experience.
- You have experience in the field of data analytics - preferably related to finance processes.
- High analytical skills and critical mind set with an attention to details and financial value flows.
- Very good communication skills in French and English
- Good knowledge in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to interact with diverse environments (cultures, internal and external partners, business drivers)
