**Responsibilities**:
Location: Burnaby, BC; can work from home, but may be required to be onsite when needed.

Start Date: ASAP (or within two weeks’ notice).

Duration: Seven (7) months initial contract; extendible for up to another Twelve (12) months.

Project / Position Summary:
Responsibilities / Deliverables:
The Sr. Stakeholders Engagement Leadresponsibilities/deliverables may include, but may not be limited to:

- Act as the main point of contact for business/clinical stakeholders for impactful Cyber Modernization Program activities.
- Distil highly complex, technical concepts to simple relatable language and obtain buy-in from various stakeholder groups.
- Schedule and facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders for readiness activities and change management for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Assist the program team with development of communications strategies and learning materials to help share important Program information.
- Supports various communications teams in the development and implementation of communications plans.
- Facilitates a culture of open and honest communication.
- As a fully contributing member of a high performance team, supports the planning and/or deployment of various initiatives.
- Support other Program activities as assigned.

i. Project activities may occur outside of regular business hours

Experience / Skills Requirements:
The Sr. Stakeholders Engagement Leadshould have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1. Degree, Diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience in related field.

2. 4-7 plus years’ experience in related roles such as project engagement, project management/ coordination lead roles.

3. Extensive stakeholders’ engagement/management experience.

4. Ability to assist in development of communications strategies and learning materials to help share important Program information.

5. Professional/Technical Capabilities including the ability to distil highly complex concepts to simple relatable language and appeal to stakeholders interests in high quality clinical care.

6. Demonstrated project management and change management knowledge, skills and abilities.

7. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

8. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, set, accomplish and measure objectives and results.

9. Familiarity with BC Health Authorities is highly preferred.

10. Excellent analytical skills, people skills, oral and written communication skills.
