The Opportunity_

We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. This is not your average customer service job - we're looking for someone who can think outside the box and bring a fun and positive energy to the team. You'll have the opportunity to interact with a diverse group of customers, resolve issues, and make a real impact on their experience. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly and able to think on their feet. You should be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. If you're a natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude, we want you on our team
- What You'll Be Doing_

General Customer Service
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Identifying and suggesting improvements to our customer service processes
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure customer satisfaction

Claims
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved to gather necessary information
- Analyze documentation to support the claim
- Make decisions on coverage and liability based on the information gathered
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and suppliers
- Keep accurate records and maintain a high level of attention to detail

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge/experience in insurance or related field and claims processes is a plus
- Are fluent in both English and French (bonus points for this one, but it's not required)
