**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and management of special IT and digital projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Digital Strategy Implementation: Execute digital transformation initiatives in line with company goals, optimizing processes, and driving technological innovation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and department leaders, to align project goals, identify needs, and ensure successful adoption of new technologies
- Resource and Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets and resources effectively to maximize project impact while controlling costs
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and high user adoption of digital and IT solutions, including training and support for team members
- Vendor Coordination: Partner with third-party vendors and consultants, managing relationships and ensuring they meet project requirements and performance expectations
- Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks to project success, developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies as necessary
- Project Reporting and Analytics: Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and analyze results to measure project success and identify opportunities for improvement
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and systems and recommend innovative solutions that enhance digital and IT operations

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or special project management roles within IT
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing complex, high-impact digital or IT projects with proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP)
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT systems, digital platforms, cloud solutions, and system integration practices
- Change Management Experience: Expertise in managing change across organizations, with a focus on user engagement and adoption
- Vendor Management: Experience working with and managing external vendors for project-specific initiatives
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certifications: Relevant project management or IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or Agile) are highly desirable
