We are a boutique, rapidly growing, GCP (Google Cloud Platform) consulting company based out of Toronto. We work with GCP’s top customers (banking, telco, energy, retail, etc.) to help them with cloud transformation, security, analytics, ML, and data governance. Clients usually engage us to solve their most challenging business problems and help raise the bar at their organization.

**You will**
- Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborate with the HR and Hiring Managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide recruitment reports to the HR Manager and the Hiring team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging recruitment best practices.
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality of hires.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to attract a diverse talent pool.

**You have**
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Strong ability in using Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, able to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR team.
- Adept at analyzing recruitment data and metrics to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) are a plus.
