On this projects you will be required to:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping loose flaking material
- Paint Surfaces with by Brush & Roll
- **Have a good understanding and or formal training on how to prepare lead containing surfaces**:
- Be able to probably follow WorkSafeBC guidlines on Lead Abatement
- Maintain and clean equipment such as brushes, rollers, hand tools
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and clean appearance.
- Be able to effectively communciate with crew and subtrades.
- Coordinate with other trades in the work area as needed.
- Travel within the lower mainland
- Be able to operate a mobile elevated work platform safely. (Boom & Scissor Lift)
- Work on Construction Sites that require full PPE. (Hard Hat, Gloves, Glasses, Steel Toe Boots)
Opportunities for experienced non-ticketed Journeypersons and Apprentices who are looking to get their Red Seal or Hazmat Certification
Safety training an asset but not required to apply, we will train:
**Training required prior to commencing employement**
- WHMIS 2015
- Respirator Fit Test

Experienced Individuals with **Painting and Lead Abatement** up to $29.92 per hour + 10% Stat & Holiday Pay
Entry Level Experience with Lead Abatement Knowledge starting at $22.44+ 10% Stat & Holiday Pay and goes up depending on experience.
