What You’ll Do
As an Account Director, you’ll lead a talented and diverse team of Account Managers and Coordinators, helping to define growth strategies and fostering relationships with senior stakeholders within their key accounts. You’ll be responsible for the overall growth of your team’s book of business as well as their professional development.
Essentially, you will
- Leverage your deep understanding of general marketing principles and current industry trends.
- Ensure you have in-depth knowledge of your client’s business and their industry segment as a whole.
- Lead strategic planning efforts.
- Identify opportunities that will grow business and create long-term profitability.
- Support your team and arm them for success.
- Build trust throughout your team and foster an environment of accountability and support.
- Manage your team’s needs and requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or certificate in marketing, advertising or business administration
- Minimum 10 years marketing experience with a minimum 3 years in a leadership role
- Previous agency, digital, or business development experience would be considered an asset

How to Apply
Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
