**What will I be doing?**

The Line Cook with Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse will report directly to the Chef de Partie and the Executive Chef. This Team Member must demonstrate correct handling of all food products, while knowledgeable in the preparation of basic sauces, vegetables, salads and other menu items. The Line Cook will be required to follow recipes and preparing planned menu items. This Team Member will adhere to professional standards of temperature and food safety control while also maintaining their workspace, including counter tops, utensils, and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with company policy and Health and Safety standards.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Line Cook position for a fast paced/high volume restaurant

**Skills**
- Food Handling Certificate is an asset (Not a requirement)
- Demonstrated knowledge in all facets to a back of house kitchen, including required health and safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work a variety of shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Upon hire, required to complete the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour)
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
