**Required education and experience**:
Current enrollment in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering program at an accredited post-secondary institution, and returning to full-time studies after the work term

Personal vehicle required

A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record

**Job Summary**:
Jr. Project Coordinator will work closely with project manager and project superintendent to support project progress according to set schedule, budget and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Tracking project progress against budget, technical specifications and schedule

Track and update inventory lists

Material, tools and supplies ordering; follow up on orders and coordinate deliveries

Assist with preparations of various reports and calculations

Read and interpret drawings / contracts

Assist with purchasing site supplies / purchase orders

Support on-site measuring

Assist through quality inspections and testings

Participate in project meetings

Follow up with clients and subcontractors and assist with supporting documentation maintenance

Support Project manager and Superintendent as required
