**Votre formation**
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (un atout) ;
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle en entreprise et/ou par le biais d’une formation.

**Vos connaissances**
- Maîtrise de MS Office (Excel et Word) ;
- Anglais oral et écrit ;
- Français oral et écrit (un atout).
