**Who You Are**
- You are experienced in a customer-facing role and understand the value of customer experience
- A skilled written and verbal communicator, you know how to spark a connection over any type of communication
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with a passion for continual improvement
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
- You have a love for learning and self-growth

**What You’ll Do**
- Contacting our furniture manufacturers for clarifying information to assist in answering customer inquiries
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to improve the sales and customer journey, including incorrect product descriptions or other errors on our website
- Attending virtual vendor training sessions to learn about vendor products and categories
- Individually achieving and surpassing personal performance metrics
- Assisting the team to reach call abandonment goals and team sales targets
