**Summary**

The Rental Management Trainee is designed to be completed in 18-24 months and provides the incumbent general Rental Management training in addition to specific training in the areas of Finance, Operations, Human Resources and Sales /Marketing. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit.

**Essential Functions**
- Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
- Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
- Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle Pm and cleanliness standards
- Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base

**Additional Responsibilities**
- On a voluntary basis as well as based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee will be required to perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules as determined by Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree required business administration or similar related degree
- One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred

Le stagiaire en gestion locative est conçu pour être complété en 18 à 24 mois et offre au titulaire une formation générale en gestion locative en plus d'une formation spécifique dans les domaines des finances, des opérations, des ressources humaines et des ventes / marketing. Le titulaire sera affecté à des tâches opérationnelles et administratives à l'appui de la gestion de l'emplacement et de la région. Ce programme est rapide et touche tous les aspects de l'unité commerciale.

**Fonctions essentielles**
- Gérer les ventes et le processus pour les appels entrants ainsi que la sollicitation sortante
- Maintenir les données actuelles à jour et exactes dans la base de données du marketing de l'entreprise
- Responsable de la génération de prospects pour la location, le crédit-bail et la vente de véhicules d'occasion
- Gérer tous les processus d'actifs locatifs pour inclure les normes d’entretien et de propreté des véhicules
- Atteindre la part de marché globale de Ryder en exécutant avec succès les initiatives de vente et de marketing
- Maintenir la conformité avec les agences de réglementation de l'entreprise, locaux, étatiques, fédéraux et autres
- Réconcilier toutes les préoccupations, problèmes et litiges des clients afin de maintenir les relations continues et d'élargir la clientèle actuelle

**Responsabilités supplémentaires**
- Sur une base volontaire ainsi qu'en fonction de l'horaire, le stagiaire en gestion locative devra jouer le rôle de représentant sur appel en fonction des horaires de travail déterminés par le superviseur.
- Effectue d'autres tâches assignées.
