**Inventory Warehouse Coordinator - Full Time**

The Inventory Specialist plays an important role in the warehouse and logistics departments.

The Inventory Specialist works in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and is responsible for monitoring shipping and receiving activities in the department, as well as leading Reinhart's Cycle count program and occasionally operating heavy equipment.

Job Responsibilities
- Completes Shipping and receiving documents
- Inventory control/cycle counts
- Track production entries to shipments made to verify accuracy
- Manages reports related to shipping department
- Where needed, perform general labour tasks in the shipping area
- Forklift work required at times
- Maintains productivity that meets/exceeds standards
- Contributes to the team and the whole facility in a positive way
- Other responsibilities as required
- Contributes to a healthy work environment, while maintaining high food safety and health and safety standards

**Requirements**:

- University/College diploma in related field or 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving/Inventory management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in ERP systems specifically with inventory control preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to work with others collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills
- Forklift experience/certification an asset
- Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
- Experience leading teams or projects strongly desired
- Manufacturing and continual process improvement experience
- Strong computer skills
