**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Installer, entretenir, réparer, déplacer ou remplacer divers équipements mécaniques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques, électriques et d’automatisation d’équipements de productions (machinerie, mobilier, portes, néons, etc.)
- S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des lignes de production et la fiabilité des installations de l’usine.
- Effectuer des tâches d’entretien général du bâtiment (peinture, réparation de fissures, interventions mineures en plomberie/électricité, etc.)
- Inspecter quotidiennement les aires communes, les aires de production, les bureaux, l’extérieur du bâtiment afin d’identifier les besoins d’intervention et suggérer et/ou apporter des modifications et améliorations.
- Prioriser efficacement les interventions nécessaires.
- Assurer la propreté et le bon état des lieux en respectant les normes de Santé et Sécurité.
- Gérer l’inventaire des produits d’entretien du bâtiment et des outils.
- Gérer la communication et les rendez-vous avec les sous-contractants pour toute réparation ou tâches d’entretien nécessitant une intervention spécialisée, au besoin.
- Planifier l’entretien préventif selon les fréquences établies et communiquer les arrêts et les redémarrages prévus avec les directeurs et autres responsables de production.

**COMPÉTENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- DEP ou DEC dans un domaine pertinent (automatisation industrielle, électricité, etc.)
- Expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais. La connaissance du français est un atout.
- Habileté avec différents outils à main et machinerie.
- Capacité à comprendre des plans ou manuels d’utilisateur pour différents équipements.
- Compétences en organisation et sens des priorités.
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes de façon autonome.
- Attention aux détails, débrouillardise, minutie, dextérité manuelle.
- Esprit d’équipe et capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Rigueur et suivis assidus.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Install, maintain, repair, move or replace various mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and automation equipment for production facilities (machinery, furniture, doors, neon lights, etc.)
- Ensure the proper functioning of production lines and the reliability of plant installations.
- Perform general building maintenance tasks (painting, crack repair, minor plumbing/electrical work, etc.)
- Inspect daily the common areas, production areas, offices, exterior of the building to identify intervention needs and suggest and/or make modifications and improvements.
- Effectively prioritize necessary interventions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and good condition of the premises in compliance with Health and Safety standards.
- Manage the inventory of building maintenance products and tools.
- Manage communication and appointments with sub-contractors for any repairs or maintenance tasks requiring specialized intervention, as needed.
- Schedule preventive maintenance according to established frequencies and communicate scheduled shutdowns and restarts with managers and other production leaders.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- DEP or DEC in a relevant field (industrial automation, electricity, etc.)
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
- Skill with various hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to understand blueprints or user manuals for various equipment.
- Organizational skills and sense of priorities.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, attention to detail, manual dexterity.
- Team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
- Thoroughness and diligent follow-up

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
