We have an opportunity available for a Digital Print Operator/Office Manager. This position will be responsible for all aspects of running jobs on our wide format digital printers including performing everyday maintenance. Experience operating computerized digital printers would be an asset but not mandatory, as extensive training will be provided to the successful applicants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Print wide format documents using black/white and colour print machines
- Electronic file management for our client files.
- Routine administrative duties.
- Wide format Scanning with image adjustments.
- Invoice entry using QuickBooks Pro as required.
- Provide reception duties including phone calls and in-person interactions.
- Other related duties as required.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Sound organizational and administrative skills and the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
- Good bookkeeping skills.
- Familiarity with office machines and the ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgment, and an appreciation for detail.
- Ability to effectively interact with and assist clients.
- File and document management skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.

**Start date**:Week of June 10th or June 17th - Actual date will be arranged.

We focus on digital print processes, as well as in-house finishing services.
