**Express Lube Advisor**

**ToyotaTown** is looking to hire a full-time
- _Express Lube_ _Advisor _*to join their dynamic team:

**Responsibilities**:

- Well-rounded background in customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using proprietary software
- Direct and supervise the lube technicians
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
- Meet and greet customer, review past, present, and future services due and offer parts and services as required
- Organize, dispatch and oversee upwards of 25 express services per day including invoicing
- Ability to communicate clearly including listening to what the customers’ needs are
- Finding solutions to scheduling issues that can arise regularly to meet customers’ needs
- Have a “Customer first” and “Fix it right the first time” mentality.
- Sustains a high attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Strives to go the extra mile to meet the quality standards our customers expect.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver’s License with recent drivers abstract
- Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers and staff by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
- Service background and/or knowledge preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reynolds experience is an asset
- Must be available to work Saturdays
