**Full Job Description**

RidgeView Resortis a premier resort in Radium Hot Springs located within the village town limits, on the ridge overlooking the spectacular mountains across the Columbia River Valley, and walking distance to the shops and restaurants of the village. We are looking for professionals who are dynamic and passionate in their approach to the hospitality industry. We are now hiring a Front desk manager:
**Expectations & Duties**:

- Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as required.
- Responsible for checking guests in and out of the resort.
- Issue room keys, pamphlets, discount cards, etc.
- Answers various questions from guests.
- Operate within the resort reservation system
- Prepare reports as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
- Complete shift audits as required.
- Print updated in-house, arrival, departure, and room status reports daily.
- Check all unresolved departures.
- Review service requests for arrivals.
- Ensure front desk is stocked with any items guests may require before housekeeping leaves for the day.
- Clean and tidy front desk area.
- As a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the resort to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions.
- Provide information to staff and/or clients about special activities.
- Observe and report any security issues to the Resort Manager.
- Performs other duties as required
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Supervise the resort store including merchandising and inventory management.

**Job Type**: Full-time, year round

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
