Lynx Mechanical is looking to immediate hire a Scheduling Admin role for our fast paced and growing company. As the Scheduling Admin, you will be responsible for coordinating service appointments with our production & estimating departments and with both customers and builders, as well as New job starts, and dispatching required technicians to all jobs. With a strong attention to detail, you will also meticulously handle data entry, assist with accounts payable & receivables, and other organizational duties ensure the smooth operation of the office.
As a self-starter, you will take initiative in problem-solving and addressing any issues that may arise. Your assertiveness will be valuable in managing tasks and communicating effectively with team members. Being personable and professional in your interactions with clients and colleagues will help uphold the positive reputation of Lynx Mechanical. Your ability to meet strict deadlines and stay organized will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency of the office.
Experience with Scheduling and in the Construction or Trades Industry is Required, and familiarity with Quickbooks Online will also be beneficial.

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
