Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for the President. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Act as a liaison between the President and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including agenda management, travel arrangements, and accommodations for the President.
- Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence and presentations in both English and French, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Develop and oversee the customer service department to ensure delivery of high-quality service and support. Implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, directing complex issues to the appropriate channels for quick resolution.
- Manage and mentor the customer service team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making as part of the executive team, assisting in the development and execution of organizational goals and initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Fluent in English and French, with superior written and oral communication abilities.
- Strong leadership qualities, with experience in managing and developing teams.
- High level of discretion and professionalism, capable of handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business communication tools, including CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
