**Principales responsabilités**:

- Préparer et procéder les commandes d’achats, analyser la liste de planification du matériel, obtenir et maintenir l’engagement de livraison des fournisseurs et maintenir l’information à jour;
- Bâtir des estimations à partir des listes de matériaux recommandés par la production
- Rechercher les produits et services et être en mesure de trouver des alternatives au besoin;
- Obtenir les soumissions auprès des fournisseurs pour les nouveaux produits ou services;
- Négocier l’achat de biens et de services;
- Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs;
- Entrer les commandes dans le système ERP et en faire le suivi;
- Contribuer à maintenir un niveau d’inventaire standard;
- Générer et préparer des rapports de mesure de performance (KPI) sur la prévision du niveau d’inventaire, des performances des fournisseurs, etc.

**Profil recherché**:

- Certificat ou Bac (achats, gestions des opérations, administration des affaires ou toute autre formation pertinente);
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience
- Expérience dans le domaine de l’aéronautique (atout considérable)
- Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Minutie et souci du détail;
- Sens de l’organisation et de la planification;
- Forte aptitude en communication;
- Orienté clients; proactif dans la résolution de problèmes;
- Initiative, débrouillard et avoir le sens des responsabilités;
- Forte aptitude en négociation;
- Bilingue (Français et anglais) parlé et à l’écrit obligatoire.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process purchase orders, analyze the equipment planning list, obtain and maintain supplier delivery commitments and keep the information up-to-date;
- Search for products and services and be able to find alternatives as needed;
- Build estimates from lists of materials recommended by production
- Obtain multiple quotes for new products or services;
- Negotiate the purchase of goods and services;
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers;
- Enter purchase orders into ERP system;
- Track orders;
- Contribute to maintaining the level of inventory required;
- Generate and prepare Performance Measurement Reports (KPIs) on Inventory Level Forecast, Vendor Performance, etc.;

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain/ Operations Management;
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience
- Experience in aerospace industry (asset);
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail, meticulous;
- Sense of organization and structure;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Customer orientation;
- Proactive with problem solving skills;
- Strong aptitude in negotiation;
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and sense of responsibility;
- Bilingual (English and French) spoken and written mandatory.
