The incumbent establishes and maintains relationships with lienholders to find solutions to help sell units. The position is the main link between the supplier and the buyer; compile backup documents to negotiate settlements between suppliers and buyers.

Purpose of the Position: We are looking for a Lien Specialist for our branch in Laval, QC.
Main Responsibilities:
Lien follows up with buyers – suppliers – financial institutions. Establish contacts and relationships with financial institutions. Obtains lien release or settlements with buyers depending on context. Follow up with customers and intermediaries with branches. Track inventory files with privileges. Process efficiency for customer requirement profiles. Track files sold with privileges. Work with confidential information. Electronically or manually enter moderately complex reports and process data. Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Job requirements:
Excellent combination of technical and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal skills Bilingual - French/English. Proficiency with computers and software.

Obtient la libération du privilège ou les règlements avec les acheteurs dépendant du contexte. Faire le suivi avec les clients et intermediaires avec les succursales. Faire le suivi des dossiers en inventaire avec privileges. Efficacité des processus pour les profils d'exigences des clients. Faire le suivi des dossiers vendus avec privileges. Travaillez avec des informations confidentielles. Saisir électroniquement ou manuellement des rapports modérément complexes et traite des données. Autres tâches assignées selon les besoins de l'entreprise.
