**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Bird and Wildlife Technician** to join our team As a member of our wildlife management division, you will play a crucial role in helping clients maintain safe and humane control of local wildlife populations, including birds. Your expertise will guide clients through solutions that ensure both ethical treatment and effective wildlife management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site assessments to identify bird and wildlife issues.
- Develop and implement safe, humane, and effective bird and wildlife control strategies.
- Perform wildlife exclusion services, removing wildlife safely and ensuring they don’t return.
- Monitor and report on wildlife activities, providing recommendations for long-term prevention.
- Educate clients on bird and wildlife behaviour, and offer preventive advice.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of local, provincial, and federal wildlife regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in wildlife management,
- Strong understanding of wildlife control techniques, ethics, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in diverse environments.
- **Bonus**: A valid **Structural Pest Control License** is a significant plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable handling wildlife and using wildlife control tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of bird deterrent systems and exclusion methods.
- Familiarity with the handling of tools and equipment related to pest and wildlife control.
- Attention to detail, ensuring all wildlife interventions are humane and environmentally conscious.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
