Maintenance Technician Iii

Le technicien de maintenance III prend en charge la maintenance industrielle FedEx de la manutention pour compléter la maintenance préventive et prédictive et la réparation des systèmes de manutention. Utilisera les processus prescrits en ce qui concerne la transmission de puissance mécanique, l’électricité, l’automate programmable ou les commandes, le soudage ou la fabrication et d’autres systèmes liés à la maintenance industrielle. Peut résoudre des problèmes de composants et de systèmes.
Fonctions essentielles
- Sous une supervision mínimale, assure la maintenance préventive et prédictive, le dépannage et la réparation des systèmes de manutention grâce à une maîtrise démontrée de la transmission de puissance mécanique et électrique avec une connaissance pratique de l’automate ou des commandes et du soudage ou de la fabrication.
- Adhère à toutes les normes de sécurité applicables et promeut un environnement de travail sûr en assistant aux réunions de sécurité et aux formations requises et en répondant à tous les problèmes de sécurité.
- Interprétera les schémas électriques ou mécaniques, les manuels du fabricant et les spécifications d’ingénierie pour dépanner, diagnostiquer et réparer les défaillances et les défaillances du système ou déterminer l’escalade.
- Répond aux appels de tri pour diagnostiquer les problèmes et effectuer les réparations.
- Possibilité d’utiliser le logiciel de gestion des actifs d’entreprise (EAM) pour entrer et récupérer les données prescrites.
- Compétences complexes requises pour diagnostiquer et dépanner les défaillances mécaniques, électriques et/ou des contrôles.
- Peut compter sur des techniciens de niveau supérieur pour les problèmes de systèmes de contrôle complexes.
- Peut commencer à lire l’API et avoir la capacité de graver des EEPROM.
- Peut commencer à aider les techniciens de niveau inférieur.
- Peut commencer à élaborer des cahiers des charges et des plans de projet pour des projets à petite échelle à exécuter au niveau local.
- Peut être tenu de travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris tous les jours et tous les quarts de travail, selon les besoins de l’entreprise. Exemples de ce que vous pouvez vous attendre à apprendre au niveau Tech III (n’inclut pas tous les domaines ou responsabilités).
- Comprendre les concepts de transmission de puissance, tels que les rapports d’engrenage, le facteur de service, la puissance et la taille du châssis pour réparer ou remplacer une boîte de vitesses et/ou un moteur défectueux lorsque les pièces de rechange appropriées ne sont pas disponibles.
- Comprendre les concepts de conception mécanique pour pouvoir remplacer les poulies et les roulements défaillants par des remplacements qui ne correspondent pas à la conception sans affecter les performances d’un convoyeur (vitesse, couple, etc.).
- Peut lire, interpréter et créer ou modifier des dessins mécaniques.
- Utiliser un multimètre numérique pour tester la résistance des circuits hors tension.
- Dépanner et diagnostiquer à la fois la branche d’alimentation et la branche de commande des circuits de commande du moteur.
- Lire, interpréter et créer ou modifier des dessins ou des schémas électriques.
- Passez en ligne avec les processeurs d’automate programmable industriel pour faciliter le dépannage.
- Graver des EEPROM.
- Comprendre les réseaux d’automates programmables, tels que ControlNet, DeviceNet, etc.
- Soudage MIG, à la baguette et TIG dans toutes les positions.
- Comprendre la différence entre les soudures structurelles et non structurelles et quand les appliquer.
- Réparer les composants cassés lorsque des facteurs tels que la position ou la charge peuvent avoir un impact sur la réparation, tels que les plaques de montage du moteur ou les pieds du convoyeur.
- Utiliser une fraise ou un foret vertical et d’autres outils d’usinage.Accomplir d’autres tâches qui lui sont attribuées.
Scolarité minimum
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou GED requis.
- Certificats en maintenance industrielle ou en mécatronique, en commerce électrique ou mécanique ou dans un domaine connexe et un diplôme d’associé dans un domaine connexe préféré.
- Plusieurs certificats et diplômes peuvent être évalués par le responsable et les RH pour déterminer la pertinence par rapport aux qualifications et à l’expérience mínimales
Expérience minimum
- Quatre (4) ans d’expérience en maintenance industrielle avec une maîtrise des connaissances et des compétences démontrées en transmission de puissance mécanique, des connaissances électriques et connaissances pratiques des automates programmables industriels ou des commandes et des compétences en soudage ou en fabrication grâce à une expérience professionnelle, une expérience militaire connexe et/ou une formation connexe requise.
