**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**

**Tâche principale**: Le Chef Expéditeur et Receveur est responsable de la gestion de toutes les livraisons entrantes et sortantes et de la supervision du personnel d'emballage.

**Expédition**:

- Préparer et conserver des documents d'expédition, comme les connaissements, bons de livraison, les factures commerciales, etc.
- Préparer les commandes sortantes, emballer les articles à être expédié conforme aux normes d'emballage prescrites, apposer l'identification d'informations et des instructions d'expédition, et de surveiller le chargement
- Entrez les numéros de suivi feuille de route, et d'autres renseignements dans le système informatique
- Charger les marchandises dans les camions de livraison

**Réception**:

- Examiner et vérifier les marchandises entrantes contre bordereau d'expédition / le bon de commande
- Noter les articles manquants et rejeter les biens endommagés

**Autre tâche**:

- Maintenir l'inventaire et effectuer comptes physiques
- Aider sur différentes lignes de production au besoin. Effectuer manutention des matériaux dans les zones de travail, Maintenir l'environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire et d'autres tâches connexes

**Expérience**:

- Expérience de travail avec métal ou de l'aluminium (atout)
- **Certificat de chariot élévateur** (atout)
- Expérience dans l'expédition / réception
- Expérience avec les ordinateurs
- Doivent être en bonne forme physique
- Capacité de suivre des instructions

Les heures de travail sont les suivantes : Du lundi au jeudi de 7h00 à 16h00. et le vendredi de 7h00 à 13h00..

**Head Shipper and Receiver**

**JOB SUMMARY**

**Main Task**: The head shipper is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing shipments and supervising packaging personnel.

**Shipping**:

- Prepares and maintain shipping documents, such as bills of lading, packing slips, commercial invoices, etc.
- Prepare outbound orders, pack goods to be shipped in accordance with prescribed packaging standards, affix identifying information and shipping instructions, and oversee loading
- Enter waybill tracking numbers, and other details into computer system.
- Load the goods in the shipping trucks

**Receiving**:

- Inspect and verify incoming goods against packing slip / purchase order
- Record shortages and reject damaged goods

**Other tasks**:

- Maintains inventory and conduct physical counts
- Assist on different production lines when required.
- Perform material handling in work areas
- Keeping the work environment clean and safe and other related duties

**Experience**:

- Working with metal or aluminum (Asset)
- **Forklift Certificate (Asset)**:

- Experience in shipping / receiving
- Experience with computers
- Must be physically fit
- Ability to follow instructions

Work hours are: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 16:00 PM

and Friday from 7:00 AM to 13:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $14.74-$22.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kirkland, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
