**Job Description: Food and Beverage Manager**

The Bruce Hotel, a CAA/AAA 5 Diamond Boutique property in Canada, is currently seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our world-class team. This is an immediate and permanent role with growth opportunities and many perks, including staff meals, benefits, and flexible schedules.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of all aspects of food and beverage operations. You'll oversee seamless and high-quality food service operations, manage food preparation to maintain standards of excellence, enhance the guest dining experience through innovative menu designs, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Oversee Food Service**: Ensure seamless operations in dining areas, room service, and special events.

**Manage Food Preparation**: Coordinate with culinary staff to maintain excellence in food quality and presentation.

**Enhance Dining Experience**: Continuously improve guest experiences through innovative menu designs and attention to detail.

**Team Management**: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise team members to uphold service standards.

**Budget Oversight**: Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.

**Manage Beverage Program**: Coordinate with bartenders and sommeliers to maintain excellence in beverage service, drive menu directions, and exceed guests' expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale dining establishment.

- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make strategic decisions.
- Certification or training in food safety, sanitation, and Serving It Right.

This position offers permanent, full-time employment and requires on-site work as a senior member of our management team. It is an immediate opening, and we prefer applicants who reside in or around Perth County. Top of Form
