- Part Time**Position Overview**:
Calian recherche actuellement des médecins de famille civils pour pratiquer à la clinique médicale de Longue Pointes sur des contrats à temps partiel. Profitez d’un environnement qui permet un équilibre travail famille exceptionnel, qui met l’accent sur des soins de qualité au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire de civils et de militaires.

**Responsibilities**:

- Évaluation de l’aptitude physique au service, y compris avant et après le déploiement, l’examen médical périodique, les examens médicaux de recrutement, les évaluations des métiers dangereux et les évaluations après une blessure ou une maladie;
- Diagnostic et traitement de blessures et de maladies liées au travail ou à l’environnement, y compris la réadaptation;
- Établissement des contraintes à l’emploi d’un patient pour raisons médicales, l’approbation ou la recommandation d’un congé de maladie et l’assignation ou la recommandation de changements dans la catégorie médicale conformément aux politiques;
- Tenue des dossiers de santé au travail (dossier médical électronique et autres formes de dossiers médicaux);
- Offrir des soins primaires complets aux patients atteints de problèmes de santé chroniques ou aigus, y compris la référence vers d’autres fournisseurs de soins de santé, le cas échéant;

- Horaire de jour régulier de 7h30 à 16h00 permettant une conciliation travail-famille - pas de soir ni de fin de semaine
- Généreuse allocation de temps pour les rendez-vous - nous payons à l’heure et non à l’acte
- Une équipe multidisciplinaire hautement collaborative au sein d’une clinique entièrement fonctionnelle avec accès à une équipe de support.
- Temps partiel en jour de semaine
