Toddler Montessori Early Child Care Educator

Just Montessori Inc. is looking for an energetic, positive teacher that has a genuine love for children. We pride ourselves in keeping a consistent and structured routine environment allowing the students to feel safe and secure.

The teacher chosen for this position should be flexible and willing to move from one environment to another, should be able to adapt to changes in teaching method and philosophies, and should have some training in classroom management for a large age range. No previous Out of School Care or Montessori training necessary.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Full Time position available immediately
- Constant observation of students - eyes are always on the students
- Communicate and ask questions whenever needed
- Follow along with the classroom/program routine
- Regular communication with Director, Head Teachers and other TA’s about concerns you may have regarding students in the classroom/program
- Full sanitation & clean up as needed
- Keep up with the students pace (speed)
- Be open and honest
- Coordinate as a team - work together with other teachers.
- Shared responsibilities - help fellow teachers or lead teacher when needed
- Be respectful
- Willingness to learn and be open minded

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$24.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check (required)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Childcare Certified, Level 2 or 3 (required)
