**About the Opportunity**:
The Chronic Pain Service consists of an interdisciplinary team; physician, physiotherapist, occupational therapist and clinical therapist. The team is supported by a coordinator who is shared with three other chronic pain services; Truro, New Glasgow and Antigonish.

**Responsibilities**:
The Chronic Pain Service team provides an outpatient consultation service centered around team interdisciplinary assessments and group based persistent pain self-management programs. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside allied health professionals to improve medical management of the chronic pain population. The primary care physician will have opportunities to connect with the physician group working in the Provincial Pain Network.

**Expected Hours**:

- part - time (0.2 FTE)
- the team runs its service one day a week, currently Thursdays, at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre
