We are looking for an experienced **Depot Manager** to join our team

**You have**:

- A post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience in B2B sales
- Demonstrated success in leading a team in a branch or depot setting
- Previous experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and invoicing
- Documented experience in managing quotation and tender work
- Full G class, unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
- Computer literacy and intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset
- Strong business acumen
- Customer centric approach to business management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to pitch in

**As a Depot Manager, you will**:

- Manage day to day depot business including orders, costs, staff, and disposal of resources
- Manage customer relationships including developing and building relationships, providing quotes, signing agreements, and delivering agreed upon products/services
- Collaborate with other leaders within Ramudden to attain goals, share best practices, and support one another in business operations as well as growth and development
- Ensure that work is conducted according to governing documents and policies
- Execute on strategy and business plan
