Hub Yard Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
Join Purolator as a Hub Yard Coordinator and become an integral part of our logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting essential yard checks, ensuring the efficient assignment of equipment to runs and drivers, and maintaining seamless communication between the Ground Linehaul team and the Hub Control Room. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication will be instrumental in the smooth flow of our hub operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Yard Checks: Perform thorough yard checks to ensure the completion of all necessary inspections and safety protocols.
- Equipment Assignment: Assign equipment, including trailers, to runs and drivers, optimizing resource allocation.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Ground Linehaul team and the Hub Control Room to coordinate operations effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Linehaul Knowledge: Good knowledge of linehaul operations and trailer movement within the City Bulk/Ontario Hub is preferred, and previous experience in this field is highly advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for effective coordination and collaboration with team members.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills are needed to manage equipment assignments and ensure efficient operations.
- Numerical Proficiency: Excellent aptitude with numbers to manage equipment and resources effectively.
