Responsabilités:
- Gestion de la communauté en ligne: créer du contenu pour les médias sociaux et communiquer avec nos audiences.
- Optimiser le contenu en fonction de l'optimisation des moteurs de recherche (SEO) et du référencement payant (PPC).
- Augmenter la présence de l'audience sur les sites de l'entreprise et encourager la participation active.
- Assister le responsable des médias sociaux / directeur artistique dans des projets et événements de grande envergure.
- Analyser et créer des rapports sur les données démographiques et le succès des projets de médias sociaux existants.
- Gérer les communications sur les médias sociaux: contacter les influenceurs, les développeurs de recettes et les blogueurs pour des collaborations.
- Utiliser des calendriers et le contenu programmé pour créer un flux constant de contenu nouveau et interactif en collaboration avec l'équipe marketing. Analyser, gérer et modifier les calendriers des médias sociaux si nécessaire.
- Travailler avec le responsable des médias sociaux / directeur artistique pour organiser, optimiser et rendre compte des budgets mensuels.
- Créer des rapports hebdomadaires qui présentent et suivent les données pertinentes sur l'activité des médias sociaux.

**Responsibilities**:
- Community management: create social media content and engage on emerging social media platforms.
- Optimize content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per
- click (PPC).
- Increase audience presence on company sites and encourage audience participation.
- Assist the social media manager / art director with large projects and events.
- Analyze and report audience information, demographics, and success of existing social media projects.
- Manage social media communications: contact influencers, recipe developers and bloggers for potential collaborations.
- Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new and interactive content in collaboration with the marketing team. Analyze, manage, and alter social media schedules when necessary.
- Work with social media manager / art director to organize, optimize and report monthly budgets.
- Create weekly reports which present and track relevant data about social media activity.
Required profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication or a combination of education/experience.
- Experience of more than 2 years in a similar role.
- Bilingualism: Fluency in French and English, oral and written.
- Experience in using social media management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Tik Tok and others).
- Have superior organizational skills including time management and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
