**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responding to telephone calls and to all incoming requests for information or assistance as required in person, by phone and electronically.
- Integral member of the Napanee team as well as liaising with staff at other sites
- Maintain customer profiles in company software
- Maintain required documentation on customer accounts; follow-up with customers as needed to ensure no interruption to service/delivery schedule
- Complete and maintain spreadsheets, scheduled reports and regular system updates
- Work with other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and/or resolving issues if needed.
- Perform duties on time at a high standard
- Clerical duties - maintaining filing and records
- Cross train in multiple positions/ duties per job matrix
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good time management skills, must be self-motivated and self-directed

**Minimum Requirements**:
1 year relevant office experience
Strong MS Office skills

**Hours of work** - This is an in-office position 8:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday

**Reports to** -Operations Manager
- Base hourly rate depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
