Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Farmer's Market Salesperson. As a Farmer's Market Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up our loaded cargo van in Langley, drive to the Market, set up the stand, operate for the 4 hours of the Market, tear down the stand, and drive the van back to our location in Langley.
- Assist customers in person, providing information about products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Set up and tear down the stand at each Market

**Experience**:

- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but we will train

**Location**:
We are located in Langley and operate at Markets in Coquitlam, White Rock, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, and Langley.

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Must be physically able to lift 40 lbs (in order to set up and tear-down the stand)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week
