**BEVERAGE CART SUPERVISOR **to join our amazing hospitality team Our golf course is open from May - November and we are looking for a dedicated supervisor who is available full time during these months of service.

A Food and Beverage Supervisor will support F&B management in leading the on-course team comprised of beverage carts, food runners and the supervision of our outdoor restaurant, The Grill.
**Duties and Responsibilities Highlights**:
- Oversee the on-course team to ensure prompt, friendly and memorable service for our members and guests.
- Ensure beverage carts are full stocked and maintained to the highest degree of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Oversee The Grill and provide quick service for golfers and seated members.
- Act as a centralized point of contract for the on-course team at The Grill.
- Ensure all team members are actively engaging the membership and always providing the highest level of service on course.
- Conduct daily inventory audits and provide ordering sheets to management while communicating order delivery times to your team.
- Provide member feedback to management and offer product suggestions.
- Support F&B Management team through training and on-boarding new hires.
- Use every interaction to build repour, better understand our membership and share pertinent information.
- Promote upselling and share sales targets and goals with your team members.
- Be able to work full-time hours May 1 to October 31.
- Have a minimum of 2 years Beverage Cart experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Be dedicated to a high level of service and professionalism.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Be a positive high energy individual.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
- Be able to work well under pressure and effectively balance multiple tasks.
- Be an effective communicator and passionate about working in a team environment.
- Be proficient in POS Systems, JONAS Clubhouse Software is considered an asset.
- Have flexible full-time availability; holiday, evening and weekend shifts are required.
- Have Smart Serve certification.
- Be able to work legally in Canada.
