**Part Time Office Assistant**

**As a successful Office Assistant**:

- You will champion the Oxford curriculum, and manage and ensure the quality of education standards and teaching staff.
- You will communicate with parents with regards to schedules and programs.
- You will administer Oxford Dynamic Assessments, learn to customize goal-based programs for Oxford Students, and monitor programs for performance
- Create a positive learning environment for the student during all phases of the instructional program.
- A light teaching schedule is required in addition to the administrative tasks.
- Strong English language written and oral communication skills.
- French language written and oral communication skills an asset
- High ability to organize and multi-task.
- Professional, creative, and eager to learn.
- Experience working with children is preferred.

**We Require**:

- A College or University degree (teaching degree not required)
- From 1-3 years of post undergraduate life experience
- Marketing or Sales experience is an asset
- Able to work 2 to 3 evenings (Monday-Thursday) 3-8pm and possibly Saturday mornings 9am-12pm
- The position is to start immediately

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
