As an Aesthetician at Damara day Spa, you will have the opportunity to create memorable and soothing experiences for our clients. Your expertise in skincare and your gentle touch will play a vital role in helping our guests achieve their beauty and wellness goals, leaving them feeling pampered and revitalized.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer a variety of skincare treatments including manicures, pedicures, massages, facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and more.
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand each client’s unique needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain a serene and clean treatment area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Educate clients on effective skincare routines and promote our spa’s range of products.
- Stay current with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and advancements.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
- Collaborate with our spa team to provide an exceptional guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid aesthetician license.
- Experience as an aesthetician in a spa or similar environment.
- Deep understanding of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
- Proficiency in nail care techniques and eyelash extensions is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to create a welcoming and trusting atmosphere for clients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety.
- Passion for skincare and wellness, with a desire to keep learning and growing in the field.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and experience in upselling products
- Ability to demonstrate product demos effectively

Pay: $14.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
