We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Aesthetician** to join us in enhancing the well-being of our clients and creating unforgettable spa experiences.

As an Aesthetician at Damara Day Spa, you will have the opportunity to create memorable and soothing experience for our client ensuring our clients leave feeling pampered, refreshed, and revitalized. Your expertise in skincare and your nurturing touch will play a pivotal role in elevating our guests' beauty and wellness journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, Oxygeneo, HydraFacial and more.
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand each clients' unique needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, serene, and safe treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on effective skincare routines and promote our range of professional spa products during and after each service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in skincare treatments.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
- Collaborate effectively with the spa team to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid Aesthetician Certificate** (required).
- At least **1 year of spa experience** in a similar environment (preferred).
- Deep understanding of skincare products, treatments, and techniques
- Proficiency in nail care techniques (required)
- Proficiency in eyelash extensions is a plus
- At least **1 year customer service experience** is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
- Ability to effectively upsell products and demonstrate their benefits to clients.
- A passion for skincare, wellness, and continuous professional growth.
- **Proficiency in English** (required) - must be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members in both verbal and written forms.
- Front Desk Experience is a plus
