**What You'll Be Doing**

The Vice-President of Operations, Health and Wellness Services (HWS) leads operational strategy, delivery, and productivity of our HWS clinical operations to ensure an exceptional client experience, the integration of systems, and to ensure operational compliance with company policies and regulations. This would include designing and implementing new processes and procedures; developing and monitoring performance metrics; analyzing data; creating executive-level reporting and dashboards; and identifying areas for improvement. The role requires an experienced, strategic senior leader with an analytic and innovative solutions mindset, and depth of operational experience.

The Vice-President of Operations, Health and Wellness Services (HWS) is responsible for optimizing HWS processes, practices, and tools to ensure quality and efficient service delivery to all HWS clients.
- Set clear operational KPIs for the Health and Wellness Services (HWS) that support timely and excellent client service
- Ensure HWS operations run efficiently and effectively and achieve KPIs agreed with leadership while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Scale and improve operations by implementing best practices, training, and technology solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HWS processes and implement improvements where necessary
- Lead the development and implementation of HWS support policies and procedures
- Partner closely with the leaders across Assessments, Disability Management, Sales, Occupational Health and Health Support Services to ensure a seamless transition of service delivery between intake, customer-facing functions and back office
- Establish an effective workforce plan in collaboration with partners (both internal and vendors) that ensures the ongoing availability of qualified and competent staff within the context of HWS operational demands, resource constraints and recommendation of vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Establish systems and processes to evaluate performance of programs and service alignment with corporate direction
- Developing and implementing strategies for improving financial performance and profitability
- Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.

**Who You'll Work With**

Reporting to the EVP of Health and Wellness Services, the Vice-President of Operations, Health and Wellness Services will work collaboratively and in parallel with many business units within the organization to successfully deliver on the goals and desired outcomes of the role, service deliverables and organizations goals. This includes the following departments:

- HWS teams - Assessments, Occupational Health, Disability Management, Healthy Support Solutions
- Finance
- Technology
- Product Team
- Sales and Account Management Team
- Human Resources
- Senior Leadership
- External Contractors

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- 7+ years of experience in operations management
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Proven track record of ability to oversee and manage projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of multiple projects, initiatives, and services to ensure that deadlines are met within scope and budget
