**Job Summary**

**What will you do?**

PIM Trade Execution Support (40%)
- Work with PIM teams to provide guidance and support in portfolio modeling, target allocation calculator (TAC), trade list generation, and execution of trades in TradeLink.
- Correspond with Trading Desks, Portfolio Management Consultants, TradeLink Support, TAC Developers, and PIM Corrections when needed.
- Escalate issues to proper channels.
- Review the weekly bulk trade for violations, and escalate to the PRAs when needed.

A+ Trade Execution Support (40%)
- Work with A+ teams to provide support with online pricing tool and target allocation calculator (TAC), modeling, and change requests.
- Correspond with Manages Solutions Group, Overlay Team, Operations, and TAC Developers when needed.
- Escalate issues to proper channels.

General Team Support (20%)
- Communicate regularly with management and the Portfolio Management Consultant (PMC) Team regarding the status of current project initiatives; obtain guidance and approval as required to advance initiatives.
- Ad hoc projects and initiatives.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- A minimum of 3 years in the financial services industry, preferably with Dominion Securities.
- Strong interpersonal skills (empathetic listener, coach, and negotiator) and strong communication (oral and written).
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and an ability to deal with multiple competing priorities.
- Driven, eager to learn and thrives in a high-performance environment.
- CFA Level 1 or CIM, or, strong and proven understanding of trading securities.
- Advanced computer skills, with emphasis on Excel.

**Nice-to-have**
- Bi-lingual (English, French).
- Front or back-office experience with PIM and/or A+ programs.
- Experience in a RBC Head Office support or training role working with advisors in fee-based programs such as A+, Advisor, or PIM.
- Ability to analyze, prioritize and adjust to multiple demands. Good problem solving skills and customer service focus required.
- Enjoys both technical aspects of investment management and the systems that support it, and working with lots of different people on an ongoing basis.
