Travel Consultant

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences
- Offer personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on client requirements
- Make reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide guidance on visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell travel packages and services
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and online reservation platforms is advantageous
**Skills**:
- Hospitality: Understanding of customer service principles in the hospitality industry
- Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent service and address customer needs effectively
- Sales: Proficiency in promoting products or services to meet sales targets
- Hotel: Knowledge of hotel accommodations, amenities, and booking procedures

Pay: $160.00-$324.98 per day
