About Us: We are a cutting-edge food truck company dedicated to crafting high-quality, from-scratch food. Our mission is to bring delicious and innovative dishes to food lovers, creating a unique culinary experience that goes beyond the ordinary. We have two trucks - both focused on using fresh ingredients and making food from-scratch. Our first truck - Scratch Box Gastro Truck has been successfully serving up amazing food for two years. Our second truck, Scratch Box Gastro Cluck, is schedule to open in Spring 2024, as Ottawa's premier dedicated gluten-free fried chicken truck.

**Responsibilities**:

- Food Preparation: Work closely with our experienced chef to prepare our fresh and flavorful menu.
- Cooking and Assembly: Take an active role in the cooking process, ensuring that each dish is crafted to perfection.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and positive manner, providing information about our menu and ensuring a delightful dining experience.
- Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the chef to contribute ideas for new and exciting dishes, that meet the Scratch Box standards.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

**Job Requirements**:Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a culinary program or recently graduated.
- A valid Food Safety Handler's Certificate.
- Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, culinary environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
