**Job Description - Line Cook**
The Brew Rev Team is hiring an experienced line cook for both daytime and evenings. We Brew Pub restaurant and take pride in our signature dishes and using quality ingredients and sourcing from local partners and a fun healthy work environment. We are looking to hire an individual who is dependable and able to work with our brewers, servers and kitchen team.
We do our best to work with our team to set a flexible schedule and work life balance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Food preparation, production, and kitchen operations
- Maintains standards set of preparation, portioning, presentation, and food waste
- Assure adherence to all standards of food safety, quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation
- Adheres to kitchen best cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation practices
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Qualifications:
2 years of greater of culinary experience
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house
- Safe Food Handling Certification
- Ability to bend, stand, and stoop for long periods of time, and working long hours in hot conditions
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.

Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
