**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Manager, Health Records, BGH’s Oracle Health At the Elbow Specialists (ATE) play an integral role in supporting BGH staff and physicians during preparation for and implementation of the Oracle Health Information System (HIS). These Specialists will complement BGH team of internal Super Users. They will receive detailed training on Oracle Health and be deployed across the organization to assist with classroom training, to provide elbow support, and to support ongoing training for staff. The End-User Specialist will demonstrate effective navigation in the HIS to staff and provide troubleshooting guidance to staff should they encounter any difficulties. The goal of the Specialist is to provide on-unit support such that staff effectively and efficiently utilize the HIS independently.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- High School Diploma Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service role
- Customer service focus and ability to relate in a tactful and sensitive manner with staff, patients and the general public
- Demonstrated excellence in spoken communications.
- Able to work well under pressure and ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work well with others in an interdisciplinary team environment
- Ability to follow standards, processes and procedures
- Able to gather and record statistical data as requested
- Able to demonstrate empathy while enforcing strict measures in place
