White Paper Office Solutions - Bilingual Account Manager
Our company is currently looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Account Manager to join our award-winning team.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who relishes any challenge that comes their way - from order entry to single-handedly coordinating customer print and promotional projects. Attention to detail and multitasking is mandatory as well as being a contributing player of the team.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Order Entry
- Coordinating orders from entry to delivery
- Problem Solving
- Departmental Coverage
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
**Requirements**:
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office
- Previous CSR experience will be an asset
- Team player who is able to deal with all kinds of personalities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable and organized
Bilingual (French + English) - Required
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
