As a self-motivated and experienced Real Estate Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing communications, improving client experience, and developing our brand online. Your main goal will be to establish and maintain a consistent online presence and social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals.
- Research, create, publish, and promote real estate-specific content on social media sites, including coming soon listings, new listings, open houses, sold properties, realtor profiles, team events, etc.
- Manage daily tasks such as editing, posting, answering questions, and replying to comments on social media channels.
- Moderate conversations and grow our organization's online community presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube to generate brand awareness, loyalty, and leads.
- Create, publish, and promote content on social media, typically by scheduling it in advance with the help of a content calendar.
- Identify and network with key influencers in the industry to spread our brand message and make valuable connections.
- Work with leadership to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Cultivate creative ideas to stimulate client interaction on social media platforms.
- Work closely with leadership and sales teams to better understand their needs and those of clients.
- Stay up to date on competitive programs and social media opportunities and provide recommendations on how to leverage ourselves.
- Do whatever it takes to build our brand and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
